Collagen (types I, II, III)
Collagen is a major component of cartilage, so it’s possible that taking collagen can help repair cartilage; this hypothesis has been demonstrated to be plausible in several preclinical studies. Collagen hydrolysate is a form of collagen that has been enzymatically split into smaller, more easily absorbable molecules called peptides.
Boswellia serrata
Boswellia serrata is a plant used in Ayurvedic medicine. In a six-month, double-blind trial with 59 participants, 100mg of 20% AKBA Boswellia was able to reduce all measured parameters of osteoarthritis in persons over the course of 30 days
Curcumin (95%) 0.500g
Curcumin is a component of turmeric. Several trials suggest that supplementation with curcumin reduces pain and stiffness to a moderate–large degree, as compared to placebo, and that these effects are comparable to those of NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). Curcumin seems to function by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thus reducing inflammation in the body.
Piperine 0.005g
Curcumin is not readily absorbed by the body. However, pairing it with piperine in a 100:1 ratio increases its absorption.
Glucosamine 1.500g
A meta-analysis of 17 randomized double-blind trials on glucosamine sulfate found a small but statistically significant reduction in pain.
Chondroitin 0.600g
A meta-analysis of randomized double-blind trials that tested the effects of chondroitin sulfate on osteoarthritis pain and structural changes found a small but statistically significant reduction in pain.

Four randomized double-blind studies on osteoarthritis showed general improvements in pain and physical function.
Maritime pine bark extract 0.100g
Several double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled studies of a patented extract of maritime pine bark, reported positive effects on knee pain, knee stiffness, and physical function, with moderate to large effect.
